This critical position is responsible for working with the drivers on accidents, hours of service issues, breakdowns, load recoveries, working with on-time delivery expectations and exceptions, along with being there for the drivers when they call in with questions regarding their assigned freight. This part-time role supports the driver and office recruitment needs of Paper Transport, Inc. by staying on top of the new job advertising tactics that will help us attract the most qualified professionals who fit our culture. The right candidate has strong writing and basic HTML skills as well as loves knitting together creative, but data-driven, strategies to overcome market saturation and ongoing industry challenges.
