Dedicated service is about more than dedicated trucks.  It's a dedicated company.  Nobody understands that like Paper Transport.  We're better than everyone else not by accident or as a result of us doing what everyone else does.  It comes from an absolute commitment to our customers' needs.

We look at why a load fails and we intervene:

• Driver error—Only experienced, professional drivers work here.
• Equipment breakdown—We own the maintence facility and have new equipment.
• Over-booking capacity—We have a policy to only commit to loads we KNOW we can complete.
• 24-hour load monitoring
• Dispatch error—We have the strongest office talent in the industry because of the professional atmosphere.

Here's one example:
When the hurricanes hit Florida in 2003, our customer lost power. Our team in the area fell back into a local hotel and continued to dispatch and deliver freight. Even though much of the area was incapacitated, our team found a way to ensure the shipping operations continued without a hiccup.
