What are your requirements to drive for PTI?
- In general we require:
- 2 years verifiable tractor trailer experience
- Stable verifiable work record
- CDL in state of residence
- Over age 23
- An acceptable driving record
- Candidate to be able to pass a DOT physical, pre-employment drug test and in truck driving test

Do you allow passengers?
- Yes - After 60 days immediate family members over 12 and friends over 21 are allow to ride along. PTI will cover the cost of the rider insurance for our driver.
Where is orientation held?
- We hold weekly orientations in Green Bay, WI, Jacksonville FL, and Muskogee, OK.
What should I bring to orientation?
- Whether you are taking a road test at orientation or not, please bring all equipment (tools etc.) that you would normally bring if you were going on duty, as you will be assigned a truck during orientation to begin your driving career with us. Please bring the following items:

Do you have e-logs?
- Yes PTI utilizes PeopleNet for electronic logging.
Do you have bonuses?
- Yes! We have both a fuel bonus and a safety bonus.
What is your policy on per diem?
- We do pay perdiem in certain divisions. Where applicable, we pay $50.00 per diem pay for every 500 miles traveled. We calculate this on both loaded and empty miles driven per pay week ( Sun thru Sat).
When do I qualify for vacation?
- Drivers receive 1 week of vacation after one year and 2 weeks after 3.
Do we have benefits?
- Yes we do! PTI has a full benefits package available to drivers on the 1st of the month after 60 days

Do you slip-seat?
- Full time drivers have assigned trucks.
Can I park my truck at home?
- No. All truck parking is on-site or at a pre- approved location.
Do we offer driver training?
- At PTI, drivers are offered many different forms of ongoing training. Some examples are, people net and elog training, quarterly safety meetings, and hands on training like skid pad, pre-trip inspection chllenges ect.
