Paper Transport, Inc. (PTI) will be hosting our next blood drive October 9, 2020 at PTI’s Green Bay Headquarters. Your support and generosity helps to ensure blood needs are available when and where it’s needed most. PTI’s Green Bay blood drive donations have supported local hospitals in the Greater Green Bay area and helped patients as far as Advocate Illinois Medical Center University Hospitals and Clinics in the Chicago area.
We Need You More Than Ever
As coronavirus concerns continue, the American Red Cross (ARC) needs healthy blood donors more than ever. ARC now have the ability to test blood, platelet, and plasma donations for COVID-19 antibodies. Standard blood donations that test positive for antibodies can help current coronavirus patients in need of convalescent plasma transfusions. This convalescent plasma is being evaluated as a possible treatment for currently ill COVID-19 patients.
