Paper Transport Achieves 69-Million CNG/RNG Miles

Since 2010, our wheels have covered an astounding 69,083,278 miles powered by Compressed Natural Gas (CNG)/Renewable Natural Gas (RNG), making a significant mark on the transportation landscape.

In 2010, Paper Transport became the first carrier outside of California to incorporate CNG and RNG into their fleets. By 2013, they had logged an impressive 5 million compressed natural gas miles. Over the years, Paper Transport embraced fuel-saving technologies, significantly enhancing efficiency within the company. Paper Transport takes another leap of CNG/RNG adoption in transportation by starting off 2024 with a notable milestone. The company has introduced CNG/RNG trucks into a California-based fleet. This is the first time Paper Transport has had a dedicated fleet presence in California.

Our journey’s true testament lies in the numbers – an impressive cumulative Diesel Gallon Equivalent (DGE) of 11,910,910. This represents the total energy equivalent measured in diesel gallons over our operational lifespan, underlining our commitment to a greener, more sustainable future.
