PTI Anchors second CNG Station in Green Bay

Green Bay, WI – Trillium CNG has debuted a new compressed natural gas (CNG) station at 1121 Radission St. in Green Bay, Wis., co-located with the Bay Beach Shell station.

The company says heavy-duty carriers Paper Transport Inc. and Contract Transport Services will be the anchor fleets for the station, which can accommodate Class 8 semi-trucks with 53-foot trailers. The public-access site has two CNG dispensers that draw from a propriety “hydraulic intensifier” technology from Trillium that enables fueling speeds of up to 10 DGE/minute.

”We continue to expand our CNG station network across the U.S. and are pleased to be providing additional access to CNG and its environmental and economic benefits in the Green Bay area,” says Mary Boettcher, president of Trillium CNG.

The company has another CNG station in Brown County, located in De Pere, Wis. That facility opened last year.
