Specific Compensation and Benefits
for PTI Class A Truck Drivers

  • Weekly Paycheck and Direct Deposit

  • Bonuses:

    • First Load
    • Sign-On (for some fleets)
    • Safety Bonus (for some fleets)
    • Monthly MPG (earn up to $300 a month)
    • $150-$500 Red Rewards for top-performing drivers by division in non-hourly positions
    • $1,000 Driver Referral
  • Detention Pay (starting after 1 hour)

  • No-Fee Rider/Passenger Program for all non-hourly positions

  • No-Fee Pet-Friendly Policy for non-home daily drivers

  • Company paid sleep apnea testing available and equipment assistant program

  • Work boot reimbursement (up to $80 per year)
