This month we would like to highlight Paul Skalecki. One of Pual’s greatest accomplishments with Paper Transport – Onboarding and growing the CAT account.
Paul started as a Logistics Coordinator on our Intermodal team in October of 2017. At the time he was one of a team of eight coordinators and is now the most senior coordinator on the team helping to grow us to twenty associates strong.
“Paul Skalecki is a no-nonsense, down-to-business, grind-it-out kind of guy who works hard for his customers. His dedication to his customers is what allowed him to turn one phone call with his contact at CAT into Paper Transport’s first load. That one load grew into many more, today making CAT our company’s second largest intermodal customer.
Paul not only fights for his customers but his carriers as well. Ensuring his carriers’ voices are heard in freight negotiations Paul has earned his partner carriers’ trust.
Creating a network of some of the best carriers in the business to support one of our largest customers allows Paul to navigate through our busiest desk, solidifying him as an extremely important part of our team.” shares Kristina Deprey, Director – Intermodal Logistics
