Paper Transport is excited to offer a referral program for both drivers and office staff. We strive to and recognize the importance in hiring talented, knowledgeable, and experienced employees to join our team. To promote organizational recruitment and retention, we want to encourage current employees to refer external candidates.
Important 1st Step
The first step in the referral process is for a candidate to apply. During the application process, when asked where the candidate learned about the position, he/she will enter the name of the employee who referred them to the opportunity. This is an important step for the employee to receive their referral bonus!
Referral Program Criteria to Note
- Referral must be hired as a full-time, regular employee at Paper Transport.
- Referring employee must be employed at Paper Transport during the time the referral starts and completes the employment time frame.
- The referral must be a new candidate as of July 1st, 2022. Please note, this candidate cannot have previously applied on his/her own or been interviewed by someone at Paper Transport regarding a previous opportunity.
- Candidate must note who referred them on their application when applying.
Referral Program Incentive Amount & Reward
For Office: $2,000 for qualified applicants who are hired for a position after 120 days of employment.
For Drivers: $2,000 for qualified applicants who are hired for a position. Driver referrals made by drivers will be paid out in two installments. Distribution schedule: $1,000 after hire and $1,000 after 90 days of employment. Office employees who refer drivers will be paid in one payout after 120 days of employment.
